3 Strike Banning Rule
You will be given two warnings. With the first warning you will get a Warning Level of 25%,50%, or 75%. The second time, you will be warned again. The Third time you will be banned for 3 weeks. Or more if the case is severe.

Characters can only begin as a first second or third year
Due to the site's first term, you may choose first second or third year when being sorted. Next term will be different.


You must have an appropriate name.
Your character must have a first and last name. A middle name is optional. YOU WILL NOT GET SORTED WITHOUT YOUR FIRST AND LAST NAME AS YOUR USER NAME!!!

Example: The Name potterfan2008 will NOT be accepted and you will not be sorted until you have a name like John Potter.


You may not change your characters name without Admin approval.
No member is allowed to change their name without PMing the Admins and waiting for a response saying their accepted before changing their names.

Don't Post Until Your Sorted
Please don't post until your sorted You sorting is Vital to your characters time here at Hogwarts..Each Time you post before Your Sorted... is another day the admins will wait to sort you.

NO SPAMMING!!!
There is to be no spamming at all. Whether it be by PM or in posts or any other way you have up your sleeve. It will not be tolerated. There will be a place to advertise your site in the OOC Board. You may also not put a link to your site in your signature. Again the Other RPG's Board is the only place for this.

Disrespect to the admins will not be accepted.
There will be no toleration for disrespecting admins on site. It is immature. It will not make you a better person in your Role Plays or in your life.

Drugs, Murder, And Killing Another Character, WILL NOT Be Excepted.

Drinking Alcoholic and Smoking Sexual Explicit Content
will not be accepted either this is also against the Proboards® Terms of Service... This also goes For Explicit Images in the Signature are if i see this you will be baned for a week and receive a 99% Warning upon returning.

Children, Pregnancy, and Marriage.
Will Be aloud only to professors No students will be able to have children. You can only be married if you are a seventh year or a professor or dating one if you are a 7th year

The minimum amount of classes
are four classes per term. If you don't take four classes per term and pass at least three of them you will not be moved to the next year.

There Will Be No Double Characters
This is Where you have two people on one account. All Double characters Will Be Reduced to one of the admins Choice.
Example: There will be no character with Display name of Billy Black/ Susan Star. Please Don't Give Any Admin or staff on site saying I will use different colors it will not happen.

You May Only Have 2 Characters
Because of people making 5-8 characters for themselves and most of them don't come on I will only limit 2 characters per member.

All Students Will Go to One class
Professors are only to make one class for all students. Which means all students from all houses and of all years go to one class. If you wish to give different homework please list that on the same post as the homework.

Only talk in third person.
This is because Some Members do it annoyed when people post out of the normal third person range. Just Be courteous and Talk in Third Person.

The Following Will not be accepted.

please Have: John WALKED to the store.

Activeness is Essential.
Once you signed up please note that your making a commitment to the site to be active... yes,i know i love members in general but if you are not active it doesn't matter how many members i have the site will be dull because everyone signs up but doesn't come on. Again Activeness is Essential.

Cannon Characters Will Not Be Accepted.
There should be no Harry Potters or Ron Weaslys or Hermione Grangers on my site number one it takes place in current day. So, Harry and his friends and everyone who was in school during all his years are not in anymore. Do not ask another admin i said no.

Your Signature Width Can not be larger than 500 Pixels.
If the signature is bigger than 500 Pixels i will personally resize the picture myself, and most of the resizing i use from a site that will mess up the picture so i advise you not to put the 500 pixels plus Signatures up to start with.

You can not date until you are a Third (3rd) Year.
Due to the inappropriate threads on my board no student is allowed to date until their third (3rd) year. Once a student has reached their third year they may begin and continue to date.

Character Elimination Will NOT Be Accepted.
You can not kill off or eliminate your character from the site. Because some characters can become prefects and if your character has been eliminated your character account will be disabled. So, Leave your character alive or non eliminated.
